This package is for use with single arm sander machines such as the Pheer, etc. with 1.25″ tool arms. It includes two base clamps. One base clamp for installation the contact wheel arm and one for the flat platen. The Pheer machine may require the tension arm handle to be relocated from a low position to a high position.

The base clamps are welded up so that they square themselves when you clamp them to the tool arm. Then you drill and tap the attach holes. The package includes the #7 drill bit and 1/4-20 tap required to drill and tap the holes for attaching the base clamps. Attachment hardware is also included.

To use the Multi Guide Pro with a flat platen you will need to be able to center the 2″ platen in the 2.5″ opening of the guide. Some platens may require a notch be cut in the platen support plate. See pictures in gallery for this post to see examples of notched platen plate.
