This set of profiles is offered as a collaboration with Brian Ehst at Haw Creek Blade Works.  These are his original designs that I assisted with in taking them from paper to digital format.  The completed knives can be ordered from Haw Creek Blade Works by contacting Brian at info@hawcreekblade.com.

If you would rather make these profiles yourself Brian has agreed to allow me to offer these original profiles.

The gallery photos associated with this item show steps in the design process as the profile progressed from the hand drawn pencil concept sketch to the finalized digital profile. The design process requires back and forth communication as the design progresses sometimes taking up to 4 revision sessions to arrive at the final profile.

Included in this digital download.

  • 3D models of each of the blanks as shown here http://a360.co/2ve6dMi  The 3D models are in STEP CAD format and fully editable.
  • DXF cut file. Each profile has a DXF cut file for using in CNC cutting or machining operations. Can be imported into CAD software and edited as desired.
  • PDF Template. Each profile has a 100% scale PDf Template.  On the larger knives you will need to use poster settings on your printer because the drawing size is larger than Letter size paper.
