This package includes the Multi Guide Pro X, and the 1.5″ mount with swivel mount post for single arm machines

This slide mount fits on machines with 1.5″ tool bars. It slides directly over the tool bar and camps in place using my non-marring clamping method. It is as much plug-n-play as I have been able to think of so far. It requires at least 4″ of the 1.5″ tool bar to be exposed for the clamp to fit on.

Note: Not all 1.5″ bars are of the same dimension. I have had reports that some bars that customers already had were required to be filed in order for the clamp to be able to slide over them into place.

    I now can get my bevels to perfectly match.
    Jig is very well constructed. looks like this will be my go to jig for years to come.

    It works just as shone on the viedio. I used 1/4 inch mdi for the backer it worked well for rouffing it in but when i switched to finer grits and had to dip it in water to keep from burning the blade, the backer board swelled and i had to make another one. Cuts perfectly curved hollow grounds. Lots of changing backer board from one side to the other, much easier if you use bar stock that is level and strait, however you can use it to strainhten some curve when using the platen befor hollow grinding. I recomend heat treating befor grinding hollow grinds because the heat will flatten out one side of the hollow grind and cup the other side, do remember to drill pin holes before hear treating. Works great, but you got to go thru a learning period, be smart and be carefull. It is real fun to use and see the fantastic results, good luck, David
